BANA PLAYA Return & Exchange Policy (For Domestic Customers )
1. Return & Exchange Period
You may return or exchange items within 7 days of purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs, both for sending the item back to us and for any exchange items.
2. Condition of Returned or Exchanged Items
Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and returned in their original zip-lock bag. Items must not have been washed, ironed, or altered in any way.
3. Non-Compliant Returns
If the returned items do not meet the above conditions (as outlined in point 2), BANA PLAYA reserves the right to deny a refund. In such cases, customers will not be entitled to any compensation, including shipping fees.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 45-60 business days for debit card payments and within 30 business days for credit card payments after receiving the returned item(s). Please note that any applicable fees, such as credit card processing fees, may be deducted from your refund, along with the original shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued via OPN PAYMENT, and customers must provide their OPN PAYMENT email address when requesting a return.
